I solely blame this onpurequicksilver, who sort of gave me the prompt of Alec/X5!Jared. We got talking and this idea developed.
It has been growing ever since. So here is the first part of "The Long Way Home".
There will be three or four parts in the end, number three is currently being written, so this is basically still a WIP.
